The Nøstetangen Norwegian Glass Museum Foundation  purpose is to collect, preserve, research, disseminate and  exhibit glass objects from the cultural heritage of Norwegian small glass production  from the establishment of Nøstetangen Glasværk in 1741 until the present, which  includes the glassworks Nøstetangen, Hurdal, Gjøvik, Hadeland, Høvik,  Magnor and Randsfjord, as well as convey and exhibit Norwegian and  international glass art. All for non-profit purposes.
